Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Nuvli. By creating an account, you confirm that you are an adult parent or caregiver and agree to these terms.
The service
Nuvli creates original personalized audio bedtime stories from a parent’s prompt. Story length, narration duration, and creative details vary. Generated content may occasionally contain mistakes; parents should listen and decide what is appropriate for their family.
Accounts and acceptable use
Keep your account secure and provide accurate account information. Do not use Nuvli to create sexual, graphic, hateful, dangerous, illegal, exploitative, privacy-invasive, or rights-infringing content, or to bypass service safeguards. Do not submit unnecessary identifying information about a child.
Free story and membership
A new eligible account receives one completed story without charge. Reasonable household limits and rate controls apply. The Nuvli membership costs $12.99 per month and includes up to 10 newly completed stories per billing month. Unused credits do not roll over. Promotions may change the checkout price for eligible customers; checkout shows the price before purchase.
Credits and failures
A credit is reserved while a story is being made and permanently used only after the audio is successfully stored and delivered. If an internal failure prevents delivery, the reserved credit is restored automatically.
Renewal and cancellation
Membership renews monthly until canceled. You can cancel future renewal through Account or support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless a refund policy applies.
Refunds and recovery offers
Automated refunds are limited to qualifying accidental subscriptions requested within seven days when no paid story was used or reserved, the payment is no more than $12.99, and no prior refund or dispute exists. Other requests require human review. A qualifying customer with repeated technical failures may receive up to 50% off one billing month, normally no more than once every six months.
Story availability
Nuvli automatically deletes stories and audio 60 days after creation. Download a story before its expiration if you want to keep a personal copy. You may delete it earlier. Child profiles remain until separately deleted.
Ownership and license
You keep your rights in information you submit. You give Nuvli and its providers a limited license to process that information only to operate, secure, and improve the requested service. You may use delivered stories and audio for personal, noncommercial family use. The Nuvli name, software, design, and brand assets remain protected.
Availability and changes
We work to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change or discontinue features, plans, or providers, and will give reasonable notice when a change materially affects an active paid subscription.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Nuvli is provided without implied warranties and is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited. The total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid Nuvli during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
